The invention discloses an high and low voltage interlocking detecting circuit for an electric automobile and the electric automobile with the same. The detecting circuit comprises N wiring harness terminals, a high voltage interlocking unit and a detecting unit, wherein each wiring harness terminal of the N wiring harness terminals comprises a first low voltage interlocking wire and a second low voltage interlocking wire; the high voltage interlocking unit comprises N resistors, a first output end and a second output end, wherein the N resistors, the first output end and the second output end are connected with each other in series; each resistor of the N resistors are correspondingly connected between the first low voltage interlocking wire and the second low voltage interlocking wire in parallel; resistance values of the resistors are different from each other; the detecting unit is connected with the first output end and the second output end, respectively; the detecting unit generates corresponding detecting signals according to different resistance values output by the high voltage interlocking unit and identifies connection states between high voltage connectors and the corresponding wiring harness terminals according to the corresponding detecting signals. Through the adoption of the detecting circuit, specific positions and number of the broken high voltage connectors can be rapidly and accurately judged.
