A disclosed real-time tire pressure monitoring apparatus comprises a pressure-measuring alarming device (2) installed on a wheel hub (1) of an automobile tire (3), and an alarming display device disposed on a console in a cab. The pressure-measuring alarming device (2) consists of a sensor measuring the air pressure parameter in a tire and a control module, and the alarming display device comprises a signal receiving device for receiving signals sent by the pressure-measuring alarming device (2), a display module and a voice module. The real-time tire pressure monitoring apparatus is capable of prompting a driver about the air pressure status in tires in real time, and giving out sound and also alarming the driver through a display screen when the air pressure is too high or too low, thereby effectively protecting tires and prolonging the service life of tires.
