Provided is a horizontal solar hot-air balloon apparatus. The invention relates to a hot-air balloon fitting. The invention provides a horizontal solar hot-air balloon apparatus comprising a hot-air balloon 1, a carrying body 2 and a tumbler 3. The horizontal solar hot-air balloon apparatus is characterized in that the hot-air balloon 1 is composed of an air bag 4 and a heating device 5; the air bag 4 is provided with a solar battery and is connected to the heating device 5 through a conductive wire; the air bag 4 is installed above the heating device 5; the tumbler 3 is composed of an empty room 6 and a weight 7; the empty room 6 is installed above the weight 7; the empty room 6 is connected to the heating device 5; the carrying body 2 is installed below the weight 7; and one plane of the carrying body is parallel with a ground horizontal line. The horizontal solar hot-air balloon apparatus of the invention has a function of enabling a handset to be horizontally suspended in the air; the purposes are broad; for example, a person is enabled by the apparatus to watch videos and chat, etc ., without holding the handset during outdoor activities such as outing, bath taking and swimming. The apparatus is convenient and practical for people.
