The invention relates to a bus departure interval transition method under an influence of a composite traffic factor. The method comprises: step 1, historical data are collected; to be specific, the number ui of passengers getting on a bus at all bus stops is collected by using a method of manual investigation or video image identification and the like, and time ti of arrival at all bus stops by the bus is obtained by using a vehicle-mounted GPS device of the bus, wherein the ui expresses the number of passengers getting on the bus at the jth bus stop by the ith bus, the ti expresses time of arriving at the jth bus stop by the ith bus; step 2, the historical data are analyzed and time period division is carried out on the departure interval transition method by combining a passenger flow demand and a road traffic congestion state; step 3, a departure interval transition model is established by combining the passenger flow demand and the road traffic congestion state; and step 4, the historical data collected at the step 1 are applied to the model obtained by the steps 2 and 3 to obtain a transition departure interval.
