The invention discloses a bus operation method supporting dynamic line adjustment. The method comprises steps that, a to-be-stopped stop utilizing a stopping identification to show stopping need is determined, a road jam index and a stop point coordinate of the to-be-stopped stop are acquired, the stop point coordinate of the to-be-stopped stop is taken as a stop point reference coordinate, and a stop entering stop reporting threshold of the to-be-stopped stop is determined based on the road jam index; GPS positioning data is acquired according to a predetermined time interval, a present coordinate of a bus is extracted from the GPS positioning data and is corrected, and the present stop reporting coordinate is determined; an Euler's distance of the present stop reporting coordinate and the stop point reference coordinate is determined, the Euler's distance is contrasted with the stop entering stop reporting threshold, if the Euler's distance is smaller than or equal to the stop entering stop reporting threshold, stop entering broadcast is carried out, and a stop entering identification is set as stopped already; if the Euler's distance of the present stop reporting coordinate and the stop point reference coordinate is greater than a stop outgoing stop reporting threshold, and the stop entering identification is stopped already, and stop outgoing broadcast is carried out. The bus operation method supports dynamic adjustment on bus lines.
