The invention discloses a preparation method for an environment-friendly rubber compound used for an automobile tyre. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing silica sol, distilled water and a surface treating agent under stirring, adding natural latex while stirring, carrying out water-bath heating to 60 to 80 DEG C after stirring for 20 to 30 min, adding an aqueous solution of a coagulant under stirring, and after production of a nanometer latex composite material through coagulation, carrying out washing and drying at 80 DEG C. According to the invention, NR latex and silica sol used as an nSiO2 precursor are used as raw materials and undergo liquid-liquid mixing; the technical route of producing solid rubber from rubber latex, the technical route of producing white carbon black from the precursor or dispersion of SiO2 and the technical route of mechanical mixing of the solid rubber and the white carbon black are integrated together; so the method provided by the invention has the substantial advantages of a shortened production cycle, conservation of energy, uniform dispersion of a filling material in the NR matrix, etc., and the produced tyre material has the substantial advantages of high wet skid resistance and small rolling loss.
