The invention belongs to the technical field of forklifts, in particular to a fork mechanism of a forklift. The fork mechanism comprises a front outrigger and a back outrigger, wherein a rotating string shaft is arranged on the back outrigger, and is coated with a shaft sleeve; the shaft sleeve is fixed on the back outrigger; more than one bearings are arranged between the rotating string shaft and the shaft sleeve; a string shaft fixed plate is arranged at the front end of the rotating string shaft; the string shaft fixed plate and the rotating string shaft swing together; the front outrigger is fixed on the string shaft fixed plate; left and right oil cylinders are respectively arranged on the back outrigger and the front outrigger at the left and right sides of the rotating string shaft; piston rods of the left and right oil cylinders extend to drive the front outrigger to swing about the rotating string shaft; and left and right forks are arranged on the front outrigger. The fork mechanism of the forklift realizes horizontal swing of the outriggers through actions of the left and right oil cylinders, and realizes horizontal swing of the forks, so that transverse goods tilting is convenient, the goods loading and unloading range of the forklift is widened, and the use is more convenient; and the bearing is arranged between the shaft sleeve and the rotating string shaft, so that the swing is more flexible.
