The invention relates to an electric portal frame adjusting device and belongs to the technical field of intelligent plant design. The electric portal frame adjusting device comprises a wrist movement recognizer, a control panel, a wireless signal transmitter, an accelerator sensor, a geomagnetic sensor, a gyroscope, a wireless signal receiver, a controller, wiring harnesses, motors, portal frames and an air conditioning device. The control panel is arranged outside the wrist movement recognizer. The wireless signal transmitter, a battery, the accelerator sensor, the geomagnetic sensor and the gyroscope are arranged in the wrist movement recognizer. The wireless signal receiver and the controller are arranged on the side wall of a plant. According to the electric portal frame adjusting device, workers can control switching-on and switching-off of equipment in the plant through wrist movement. The electric portal frame adjusting device is reasonable in design, simple in structure and suitable for design of an intelligent system of the plant.
