The invention discloses a hand pinching prevention system of an elevator. The system comprises the following steps: the door of the elevator opens; normally-closed contact switches are judged to be turned on or not; the elevator loses the door-opening power; T-second timed waiting is started; whether T seconds is up is judged; whether the normally-closed contact switches are turned off is judged; the door of the elevator opens normally; and the like. According to the hand pinching prevention system of the elevator, an accident that the elevator pinches hands can be effectively prevented; a plurality of the normally-closed contact switches at different positions are in series connection in a control circuit, that is, normally-closed contact door opening is arranged at all positions where fingers can be pinched; and during the period of waiting judging, the movement of the elevator door stops or the door works oppositely, so that secondary injury can be avoided. The hand pinching prevention system of the elevator is high in applicability and excellent in stability and increase the security coefficient of elevator use.
