The invention discloses a connection structure of an automobile body longitudinal beam rear section and a rear skirt board, and the structure comprises a longitudinal beam rear section, a longitudinal beam rear section extension beam, a rear skirt board supporting plate and a rear skirt board lower cover plate. The longitudinal beam rear section extension beam is fixed with the longitudinal beam rear section by welding; the longitudinal beam rear section extension beam is provided with a body and a fixed part raised upward from the body, and the end part of the fixed part expands outward and extends to form a welding part. The rear skirt board supporting plate is fixed on the rear skirt board lower cover plate by welding; one end of the rear skirt board supporting plate is provided with a welding slot; the side surface of the rear skirt board lower cover plate is provided with welding blocks corresponding to the welding part. The body is welded in the welding slot of the rear skirt board supporting plate, and the welding part is welded at the inner sides of the welding blocks. By adopting the above-mentioned structural design, when force is transmitted to the longitudinal beam rear section extension beam via the longitudinal beam rear section, the force on the rear skirt board supporting plate can be dispersedly transmitted to three directions of a slot wall by the welding slot, the force on the rear skirt board lower cover plate can be dispersedly transmitted to three directions by the two welding blocks and a downside, so that the torsional rigidity and strength of an automobile body are improved.
