The invention provides a four-wheel independent suspension system and a vehicle. The system is composed of a support beam frame, an air spring, damping devices, a rotary bearing, upper connecting brackets, a lower tripod, an integrated wheel cover skeleton and a connecting rod connecting seat. The connecting rod connecting seat and the integrated wheel cover skeleton are fixedly connected; the lower part of the air spring is connected with the upper part of the support beam frame; and the upper part of the air spring is connected with a fixed plate arranged at a vehicle underframe. One end of each damping device is connected with the support beam frame fixedly and the other end is connected with the connecting rod connecting seat. The rotary bearing is connected with the support beam frame. The two upper connecting brackets are arranged at the two sides of the support beam frame respectively; one end of each upper connecting bracket is connected with the support beam frame by a same bolt and the other end is connected with the connecting rod connecting seat of the integrated wheel cover skeleton. One end of the lower tripod is connected with the support beam frame fixedly and the other end is connected with the vehicle underframe fixedly. According to the invention, independent steering of a single wheel can be realized and defects in the prior art can be overcome. The system is suitable for various vehicles.
