The invention discloses a lifting tool with the self-adaptive deflection rotation function. The lifting tool comprises a main beam, an auxiliary beam and a connecting mechanism for connecting the main beam with the auxiliary beam. The connecting mechanism comprises a connecting shaft, a knuckle bearing and a rotary assembly. A knuckle bearing seat is arranged in the main beam. The connecting shaft is sleeved with the knuckle bearing. The bottom end of the knuckle bearing abuts against the interior of the knuckle bearing seat. The ball end of the knuckle bearing is pressed on an end cap of the connecting shaft. The auxiliary beam is rotationally connected with the connecting shaft through the rotary assembly. A round hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the connecting shaft, of a bottom plate of the main beam. The diameter of the round hole is larger than that of the connecting shaft. The knuckle bearing seat is located above the round hole. The deflective swinging function of the lifting tool is achieved through the knuckle bearing, the clamping phenomenon caused by the fact that the gravity center of a lifted object deflects is avoided, and lifting impact of a forklift is relieved; the lifting tool can adapt to lifting in complex terrains, and the general interchageability of the lifting tool of the forklift is achieved; and meanwhile the auxiliary beam is rotationally connected with the connecting shaft through the rotary assembly, rotation performance and lifting efficiency are improved, and the defects of lifting of the forklift are overcome.
