The invention discloses an elevator change gear. The elevator change gear is characterized in that the cross section of an iron-material roller wheel framework is in a T shape, and the iron-material roller wheel framework is of a hollow structure; a limiting check ring extending in the radial direction of a through hole is arranged at the through-hole opening edge on the side, where a transverse part is arranged, of a longitudinal part. A first arc ring groove is formed in the inner hole wall of the through hole, and a first copper bush is embedded into the first arc ring groove. A shaft sleeve is arranged in the through hole, a second arc ring groove corresponding to the first arc ring groove is formed in the outer surface of the shaft sleeve, a second copper bush is embedded into the second arc ring groove, and balls are circumferentially arranged in a cavity jointly formed by the first arc ring groove and the second arc ring groove. A rubber outer ring is connected to the longitudinal part of the roller wheel framework in a sleeving mode, one side face of the rubber outer ring is connected with the transverse part of the roller wheel framework in a stopped mode, a gland is further connected with the longitudinal part of the roller wheel framework in a sleeving mode, and a metal pressing plate, the shaft sleeve and the roller wheel framework are riveted through ports of the roller wheel framework. By means of the elevator change gear, the technical aim that the production cost of the elevator change gear is reduced is achieved, and the production cost is low.
