The invention provides a universal ball airship suspension system provided with a solar thermal power tower and relates to an airship accessory. The universal ball airship suspension system comprises an airship (1), a carrier (2), a tumbler (3), a universal ball (12) and a positioning body (13). The universal ball airship suspension system is characterized in that the airship (1) is composed of an air bag (4) and operation equipment (5); the operation equipment (5) is composed of a control system, a propelling device and an electromotor; the tumbler (3) is composed of an empty chamber (6) and a heavy block (7), and the empty chamber (6) is connected with the operation equipment (5); the positioning body (13) is arranged on the lower portion of the heavy block (7); the universal ball (12) is arranged on the positioning ball (13), and the carrier (2) is arranged on the universal ball (12); the carrier (2) can be adjusted at multiple angles and in multiple directions through the universal ball (12). By means of the universal ball airship suspension system, the function of making a mobile phone be suspended in the air and keep balanced can be achieved, people can watch videos or chat through the mobile phone or a computer in various postures, and cervical syndrome due to the fact that people lower the head for watching the mobile phone or the computer for a long time can be prevented.
