The invention provides a fork support with a clamping and securing mechanism. The fork support comprises a motorcycle rear wheel fork body, a signal receiver, a drive motor and a locking rod. One end of a cylindrical upper groove of the motorcycle rear wheel fork body is connected to a motorcycle body; a motorcycle rear wheel housing is located in a cylindrical lower groove corresponding to the cylindrical upper groove; the locking rod is arranged along the edge of the cylindrical lower groove; the signal receiver and the drive motor are connected in series via a lead wire to a motorcycle battery; the edge, which is close to the lower surface of the motorcycle rear wheel fork body, of the locking rod is outward provided with a transmission rack in meshing fit with the output end of the drive motor. The fork support with a clamping and securing mechanism has the advantages that the signal receiver is used to remotely control the turning-on and turning-off of the locking rod and the operation is simple; one end of the motorcycle rear wheel fork is next to a rear wheel and is the best position for arranging an anti-theft lock; with the anti-theft lock arranged in the motorcycle rear wheel fork body, the anti-theft capability of motorcycles is improved.
