The invention discloses a vertical steering wheel. An oblique-leg steering wheel is a commonly-used steering wheel in the prior art and consists of a wheel body, an eccentric overhead steering bearing and an oblique-leg bracket (the whole steering bearing is arranged on one side of a wheel axle). A wheel frame of the vertical steering wheel is a double-eccentric stressed structure (which is eccentric to the axle center of the steering bearing and the axle center of the wheel axle) which is arranged on the inner side of the circumference of the steering bearing. A straight-wheel frame is a straight-leg frame structure arranged at the upper part of the wheel axle. Through the vertical steering wheel, the defects that the commonly-used oblique-leg steering wheel with the wheel frame arranged on one side of the wheel axle in the prior art is unstable in gravity center, the bracket is prone to damage and the occupied space is large are overcome; the vertical steering wheel is simple in structure and easy to manufacture.
