The invention discloses an electric ferrying vehicle. The electric ferrying vehicle comprises a vehicle frame, vehicle wheels, upper rails and a driving device, wherein the upper rails are arranged on the vehicle frame; the vehicle wheels are arranged at the bottom of the vehicle frame, are in rolling fit with ground rails, and are driven by the driving device arranged on the vehicle frame to rotate; and the horizontal driving device comprises a motor and a transmission mechanism; and the vehicle wheels are driven by the motor to rotate through the transmission mechanism. The electric ferrying vehicle is simple to operate and convenient to use and has a vehicle wheel locking preventing function. In the running process, the vehicle can be prevented from turning on the side or jumping the rails due to large inertia. The safety coefficients of the equipment are increased, the problems that the traditional ferrying vehicle depends on manual push, is unstable in running, wastes time and labor, is low in work efficiency, is inaccurate in positioning and the like are effectively solved, the labor cost is saved, the possibility of personal injury is reduced, and the transport ferrying efficiency is improved.
