The invention discloses a fully-hydraulic double-loop dynamic braking system. The fully-hydraulic double-loop dynamic braking system comprises hydraulic loops, a braking valve, a nonlinear load-sensing valve and a brake assembly, wherein the braking valve is connected with the brake assembly through the hydraulic loops and the nonlinear load-sensing valve sequentially; and two valve cavities of the nonlinear load-sensing valve are connected with four brakes in the brake assembly in the form of an X-shape. The brake braking-force distribution characteristics of the fully-hydraulic double-loop dynamic braking system disclosed by the invention are more similar to ideal brake braking-force distribution characteristics relative to the traditional pressure distribution valve, ideal brake braking-force distribution requirements can be better met, the braking efficiency of an automobile can be remarkably improved, and synchronous braking of front wheels and rear wheels can be realized to increase the utilization rate of the adhesion conditions of a road surface, improve the braking balance and stability of the wheels, and achieve a remarkable braking effect; and the double-loop braking system still has one half of a braking force in the case that the loop at one side is failed, and can meet the emergency braking requirements of the automobile.
