According to the automobile non-key control engine flameout system and the control method thereof, engine flameout operation can be executed automatically according to the position and the state of the electronic key and the automobile after a driver gets off the automobile, and the safety problem of flameout caused by electronic key failure in places where the automobile is not parked appropriately is solved; by the adoption of two-time alarm prompting of the alarm module, the information for the driver to accurately and effectively judge the automobile non-key control engine flameout system can be given to the driver, and good practicability and safety are achieved.
