The invention discloses a self-generating urban rail vehicle. The self-generating urban rail vehicle comprises an uninterrupted power supply device, wherein the uninterrupted power supply device is formed by connecting an air flow power generation unit, a solar power generation unit, a grid power unit, a supercapacitor, a battery pack and other supporting units in an electric circuit manner; the air flow power generation unit comprises a Laval pipeline (3), wheel type gas turbine generators (4) and disc type gas turbine generators (5); a first compartment (1) is provided with the Laval pipeline (3); the wheel type gas turbine generators (4) are mounted in the Laval pipeline (3); a flat Laval pipeline (6) is mounted at the upper position of a compartment (2); the disc type gas turbine generators (5) are mounted in the oval Laval pipeline (6); the wheel type gas turbine generators (4) and the disc type gas turbine generators (5) are connected with the supercapacitor and the battery pack.
