The invention provides an automobile gear shift pull cable with a damping structure. The automobile gear shift pull cable comprises an ear ring, a pull rod connected to the ear ring, a steel wire rope connected to the pull rod, a straight wire pipe sleeving the steel wire rope, and a damping sleeve pipe. The damping sleeve pipe comprises a pipe body, a damping corrugated pipe made of rubber material and arranged in the pipe body, and an installing connecting plate arranged on the outside of the pipe body. The corrugated pipe body sleeves the straight wire pipe. With the damping sleeve pipe arranged on the outside of the straight wire pipe, when the pull capable shakes in the damping sleeve pipe because an engine operates or an automobile travels on uneven roads, the pull cable extrudes the damping corrugated pipe and the corrugated pipe body deforms elastically to consume the shaking energy of the pull cable, so that the objective of damping is achieved. Therefore, the pull cable shaking is prevented from being transmitted to a gear shift operating rod and the comfort of gear shift operation is greatly improved.
