According to the invention, when an automobile is parked temporarily in the automobile driving process, energy of idling running of an engine can be stored in the flywheel energy storage mechanism, the engine is assisted in driving the wheel axle to rotate when the automobile is started, and therefore the energy consumption is reduced when the automobile is started. In addition, due to the fact that a rotating shaft shell of the three-shaft clutch used in the automobile starting energy saving system and the first rotating shaft are arranged in a nesting mode, the structure can be compact, and the purpose that double shafts conduct selective transmission in the single axial direction under the condition of the small size can be achieved.
