The invention provides a rearview mirror tire pressure monitoring system and a using method. The rearview mirror tire pressure monitoring system comprises a receiver, an antenna used for transmitting and receiving signals and a sensor installed on a tire. The receiver is connected with the antenna, and the antenna is a metal plating plated on the surface of a rearview mirror and is connected with the sensor through electromagnetic waves. The using method is simple, the metal plating on the mirror surface serves as the antenna of the rearview mirror tire pressure monitoring system, it is avoided that information transmitted by the sensor is disturbed by the mirror surface, signals are transmitted in time, and accuracy is high.
