The invention relates to a spoke for improving fatigue-resisting ability, which comprises a spoke body with two ends provided with head end portions and thread portions, wherein a neck portion is set below each of the head end portion; the spoke also comprises a first flat portion set on a position below the neck portion and a second flat portion set on a position below the first flat portion; and the second flat portion and the first flat portion are located on the same horizontal level. The spoke provided herein has the advantages that the spoke body is mounted on a correct position and in a correct direction through the cooperation between the first flat portion and the second flat portion when the spoke body and a wheel hub and a wheel ring are assembled, thus the spoke body can effectively absorb or transfer the transferred vibration waves during the application; and further the fatigue-resisting ability of the spoke body is remarkably strengthened, and the rate that the spoke body is broken is greatly lowered.
