The invention relates to a shaft structure of a villa elevator. The shaft structure of the villa elevator comprises a shaft, four shaft stand columns, a lift car, a first traction steel wire rope, a second traction steel wire rope, a left counterweight, a right counterweight, a first guiding wheel, a second guiding wheel, a traction wheel, a third guiding wheel and a fourth guiding wheel. A shaft top beam is arranged on the top of the shaft. The four shaft stand columns are symmetrically arranged in the shaft. The connection line of the projection, at the bottom of the shaft, of the four shaft stand columns is square. Guide rails are installed on the inner side faces of the shaft stand columns. The first guiding wheel, the second guiding wheel, the traction wheel, the third guiding wheel and the fourth guiding wheel are sequentially fixed to the shaft top beam from left to right along the diagonal lines of the square. According to the shaft structure of the villa elevator, the guide rails are installed on the inner side faces of the shaft stand columns, and the elevator is more stable; due to the fact that the two ends of the traction steel wire rope are directly fixed to the top of the lift car and the tops of the counterweights, the rope winding structure is very simple, length is substantially reduced, the arrangement structure is compact, and the manufacturing cost and the installing cost of the elevator are substantially reduced.
