The invention discloses an automatic detecting take-off and landing platform for a vertical take-off and landing fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle. The automatic detecting take-off and landing platform comprises a frame, a platform rotating unit and an automatic detecting unit, wherein the platform rotating unit and the automatic detecting unit are arranged on the frame; the frame comprises a base, ground nails, a vertical bracket, a horizontal bracket, a wing supporting rod and a vertical state fixing device; the platform rotating unit comprises a connecting circular disk and a wing locking and releasing device; and the automatic detecting unit comprises a controller, a differential GPS (Global Positioning System) module, a wireless transmission module and a pressure sensor. According to the invention, the vertical take-off and landing fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle can be automatically detected before flying and can be also automatically recycled after flying, detection time and manpower input before flying can be reduced, the operation efficiency is increased, interference of agricultural environment to the unmanned aerial vehicle and a vehicle-mounted sensor are effectively reduced, and the reliability and safety degree of the unmanned aerial vehicle during taking off or landing are enhanced.
