The invention discloses a warplane capable of launching a cruise missile in 360 degrees, and belongs to the technical field of military warplanes. The technical scheme adopted by the invention lies in that the warplane capable of launching the cruise missile in 360 degrees comprises a missile cabin, wherein a lifting device, a driving device and a rotating device are arranged in the missile cabin. The warplane disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that on the basis of a conventional warplane which can only launch the cruise missile in a single direction, the hydraulic lifting device and the hydraulic rotating device are added, so that the cruise missile can rotate 360 degrees, and a pilot can perform coverage attack of 360 degrees on an enemy flight target in 360 degrees; therefore, the fighting capability of the warplane is greatly improved, and the fighting flexibility of the warplane is improved.
