The invention relates to an adjustable bicycle chest support, specifically an adjustable bicycle chest support which is simply structured, mounted on a bicycle frame, used for supporting the body of a rider and capable of adjusting the position of a supporting cushion. The adjustable bicycle chest support comprises the following parts: a supporting cushion, a bracket, an upper mounting pressing piece, a middle mounting pressing piece, a lower mounting pressing piece, a loading clamp right sheet, a loading clamp left sheet, a bracket clamp right sheet and a bracket clamp left sheet. The adjustable bicycle chest support provided by the invention is advantaged in that the structure of the adjustable bicycle chest support is simple, the position of the bracket can be adjusted according to the body of a person, and the adjustable bicycle chest support can support the body of the rider to reduce fatigues of the shoulders and the lower back.
