The invention provides a mounting structure of a seat cushion of a motor tricycle. The mounting structure comprises the seat cushion and a seat cushion supporting plate, wherein one or more connecting mechanisms are arranged at the bottom of the seat cushion; each connecting mechanism comprises a left connecting block and a right connecting block; the seat cushion is placed on the seat cushion supporting plate; the left connecting block and the right connecting block are respectively fixedly connected to two sides of the seat cushion. When assembled, the seat cushion is directly placed on the seat cushion supporting plate, and then the connecting blocks positioned at the bottom of the seat cushion are fixedly connected to the two sides of the seat cushion supporting plate; through the adoption of the assembling manner, the seat cushion cannot interfere with a compartment, and the seat cushion is convenient to dismount and mount.
