The invention provides a high-strength automobile suspension shaft repair method. The method includes the following steps that a, the size of a high-strength automobile suspension shaft is measured and recorded; b, coaxiality correction is conducted; c, flaw detection is conducted, and whether cracks exist or not are detected; d, the surfaces are processed and multiple layers of metal materials are sprayed on the surfaces if no cracks exist, the surfaces are ground to the standard size, and repair is completed; e, cracks are planed or filled and leveled up if the cracks exist and are shallow, the surfaces are processed, multiple layers of metal materials are sprayed on the surfaces, the surfaces are ground to the standard size, and repair is completed; f, cracks are hollowed out and metal blocks are inlaid in the cracks if the cracks exist and are deep, the surfaces are ground to the standard size, and repair is completed. The method is convenient to operate, the automobile suspension shaft can be rapidly repaired, the quality of the repaired automobile suspension shaft has no difference with that of a new suspension shaft, the repair quality is good, and use cost is greatly saved.
