The invention discloses a high-rise building house elevator potential energy pressurizing water supply lifting system, which comprises a lift car, a tractor, a pulley assembly, a mechanical water pump, a speed limiter, pulling ropes, a control system, an in-lift-car setting switch, an out-of-lift-car position limiting switch, a safety clamp and the like, wherein a pressurizing mechanism is arranged in the middle part of the floor or the top of the building; the middle parts of the pulling ropes of the lift car are connected with the tractor; the tail ends of the pulling ropes are connected with the mechanical water pump; a water outlet of the mechanical water pump is communicated with a water reservoir through a water supply pipe; the water reservoirs is provided with a water discharge pipe and is communicated with the pressurizing mechanism; the output end of the pressurizing mechanism is communicated with an output water supply pipe; the elevator potential energy is used for lifting life water; model experiments are built for performing comprehensive analysis on the feasibility, the prospects and the popularization of the novel energy-saving mode; the effect is obvious. The high-rise building house elevator potential energy pressurizing water supply lifting system is applied to the daily operation of a high-rise building elevator; the energy consumption can be saved, so that a clean energy source is developed; the manufacturing cost of an energy-saving elevator is reduced.
