The invention discloses a displacement adjustment device, a cell holder for a UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) and the UAV, wherein the displacement adjustment device comprises a guide piece, a hanging piece and a stop screw, the guide piece is provided with a sling chute, the hanging piece is provided with a sliding rail capable of sliding in the sliding chute, the part, extending in the sliding chute, of the sliding rail is provided with a plurality of teeth, the plurality of teeth are arranged along the extending direction of the sliding rail, and the stop screw is arranged on the guide piece, and can extend into the sliding chute through rotating so as to be clamped between two teeth of the sliding rail. Parts mounted on the hanging piece slide in the sliding chute by virtue of the sliding rail to perform position adjustment; the hanging piece and the parts arranged on the hanging piece are fixed through screwing the head part of the stop screw to be located between the two teeth of the sliding rail, and further to meet mechanical assembly requirements and gravity center adjustment requirements. The displacement adjustment device is simple in structure, flexible in adjustment, and convenient to process. The UAV provided with the displacement adjustment device can conveniently adjust the overall gravity center.
