The vertical takeoff and landing unmanned aerial vehicle has the first motor capable of rotating about the rotary shaft perpendicular to a symmetric face of the body; a direction of forces generated by the first screw propeller may be changed by changing the direction of the first screw propeller; flight state of the vertical takeoff and landing unmanned aerial vehicle may be effectively controlled by changing a rotational angle of the first screw propeller to acquire lift or thrust.
