An anti-wind-wave cruise ship hull structure with an accessory protection body comprises a hull (1), an escalator (5), the protection body (7) and a protection body front end (8). The hull (1) is formed by welding profile steel and steel plates. A main floating body (6) is arranged at the bottom of the hull (1), the protection body (7) is arranged on the upper portions of the two sides of the main floating body (6) in a one-piece mode, the front end of the protection body (7) is arranged at the inclination protection body front end (8) in a perpendicular and flat shape, and therefore water flow resistance when marine navigation is performed is reduced. An upper top wall between the main floating body (6) and the protection body (7) is designed to be round, and when a cruise ship navigates on the sea, the anti-wind-wave cruise ship hull structure can effectively achieve stability when encountering sudden strong winds and rainstorm and surges are generated, and then rollover caused by cruise ship unbalance is avoided.
