The invention discloses a smart anti-swing unmanned surface vessel and an anti-swing method thereof. The anti-swing method comprises the following steps: a processing module calculates the swing angle of the vessel body in combination with the three-dimensional coordinates of a target object relative to the unmanned surface vessel in an actual environment with wind waves and the simulation of reestablished three-dimensional coordinates of the target object relative to the unmanned surface vessel in an ideal environment without wind waves; if the swing angle exceeds the preset threshold, the processing module firstly starts the anti-swing water tank and adjusts the amount of water in the anti-swing water tank to reduce the swing angle of the vessel body; if the amount of water in the anti-swing water tank reaches the upper limit, and the swing angle of the vessel body still exceeds the preset threshold, the processing module further starts a stabilizing fin and adjusts the swing intensity of the stabilizing fin to reduce the swing angle of the vessel body. According to the invention, smart angle judgment and autonomous anti-swing of the unmanned surface vessel are realized, so that the unmanned surface vessel can resist swing of the vessel body caused by wind waves during the target tracking process and take anti-swing measures, and the unmanned surface vessel can track the target object in a relatively stable manner.
