The invention discloses a voltage stabilizing protection control method based on a chopping voltage reducing circuit and the chopping voltage reducing circuit. The voltage stabilizing protection control method comprises the following steps: comparing the collected input voltage value with the target voltage, controlling the G pole output PWM waveform duty cycle of a switch tube, and realizing on-off frequency control of an MOSFET tube, thereby realizing the voltage regulating function of output voltage; collecting the output voltage, adjusting in time when the load is changed, and stably outputting the target voltage all the time; under the condition that the input voltage exceeds the target voltage, switching off the MOSFET tube to play a circuit protecting function. The circuit and the control method realize the power supply protecting function with low cost and high reliability, and through precise sampling and reasonable control, proper inductors and capacitors are coordinated, so as to achieve the purposes of power supply adjustment and safety protection.
