The invention relates to the field of transportation facilities such as cars, and in particular relates to a multi-swinging arm control hanging device comprising a cross beam, a first swinging arm, a second swinging arm, a third swinging arm and a vibration reduction device (comprising spiral spring vibration reduction, air vibration reduction, hydraulic vibration reduction, and the like); one end of the first swinging arm is arranged on the cross beam, the other end of the first swinging arm is connected with the third swinging arm; one end of the second swinging arm is connected with a fixed seat on an upper beam; the other end of the second swinging arm is connected with the third swinging arm; the lower end of the third swinging arm is connected with the vibration reduction fixed seat. The device can be arranged parallel with and vertical to a car shaft, so that the wheel distance and the shaft distance between every two corresponding wheels can be kept unchanged both in a static state and a moving state. The device adopts a triangular stable arrangement manner, and has effects of preventing head dropping, head rising and side turning over of the car. The self-adaption car body balance adjusting is stable, so that the car can be easy to operate and is stable and smooth in a running process.
