The invention relates to a manufacturing method of a bulletproof and explosion-proof pomegranate tire. A gas generating agent is prepared and manufactured into a ball shape, the gas generating agent is coated with flame retardant polymer silicone gel to form a polymer silicone rubber fire-retardant layer, the polymer silicone rubber fire-retardant layer is coated with airtight butyl rubber to form an airtight butyl rubber layer, the airtight butyl rubber layer is dip-coated with nano modified butadiene rubber to form a reinforcing rubber layer, the reinforcing rubber layer is coated with talcum powder to form a lubricating layer, and rubber capsules are formed. An exhaust pipe network is mounted into a cover firstly and then the rubber capsules are placed into the cover, ammonium bicarbonate is added uniformly, an intensive electromagnetic field is used for irradiating graphite particles in the rubber capsule, high energy electromagnetic wave penetrates through inner tubes and covers and acts on the graphite particles to produce high temperature of 1000 DGE C, and the gas generating agent in the rubber capsules is ignited and generates a large amount of gas so that the rubber capsules can swell rapidly; the cover is filled with the rubber capsules in a pomegranate shape, and that is the bulletproof and explosion-proof pomegranate tire. The inner tubes are a plurality of independent rubber capsules, partial rubber capsules are broken, complete rubber capsules swell naturally and uniformly, broken parts can be filled rapidly, and bulletproof and explosion-proof effects are realized.
