The invention provides a vehicle slippage preventor and an anti-slippage vehicle. The vehicle slippage preventor comprises a particle tank; the particle tank is arranged in front of a wheel of a vehicle and stores anti-slippage particles; a particle outlet is formed in the bottom of the particle tank and the particle outlet is provided with a first solenoid valve controlling the particle outlet to be opened and closed. When the vehicle runs on a ground surface with a smaller friction force such as an ice surface and a snow surface, the first solenoid valve is opened to open the particle outlet, thus the anti-slippage particles stored in the particle tank are scattered outwards by the particle outlet under gravity, when these anti-slippage particles fall on the ground, the friction force between the wheel and the ground is increased, the slippage phenomenon in a running process of the vehicle is avoided, and the driving speed and safety of the vehicle are improved.
