The invention discloses a waterborne solar photovoltaic power generation system comprising a plurality of solar battery assemblies arranged in an array and a waterborne photovoltaic array support table. The waterborne photovoltaic array support table floating on water is used for fixing all solar battery assemblies. All solar battery assemblies arranged in an array are connected to form a photovoltaic array. The waterborne photovoltaic array support table contains a floating body arranged on water, a casing tube type connecting structure fixedly connected with the floating body, and a plurality of photovoltaic array supporting frames fixed to the casing tube type connecting structure; and the photovoltaic array supporting frames and the casing tube type connecting structure form a rigid support type integrated structure that is arranged on the water surface in an offshore island or peninsula mode. All solar battery assemblies are fixed on all photovoltaic array supporting frames correspondingly; and the photovoltaic array is connected to a common power grid or a local load by a cable based on a photovoltaic system balancing device and a grid-connected inverter or is connected with a photovoltaic controller and a storage battery group or an off-grid inverter by a cable to provide power for a waterborne of offshore direct-current or alternating-current load.
