The invention relates to a compensated current transformer system based on a co-phase power supply technology and a working method of the compensated current transformer system. The system comprises a traction matching transformer, a co-phase power supply compensated current transformer and a control system. By using the compensated current transformer system based on the co-phase power supply technology, the manufacturing cost is reduced, the problems of switching overvoltage and inrush current generated during high voltage connection and disconnection of a co-phase power supply current transformer are solved, and the damage rate of devices is effectively reduced; the compensated current transformer system is directly charged by using a secondary winding of the traction matching transformer, so that the amount of devices and fault points are reduced; and the space of a power unit is saved, and the structure of the power unit is more compact. The amount of the devices is reduced, and the reliability of each device is improved.
