The invention discloses a regenerative braking energy feedback device, which comprises a voltage measurement switch circuit and an inverter, wherein a first input end of the voltage measurement switch circuit is used for connecting a contact network; a first output end of the voltage measurement switch circuit is connected to the input end of the inverter; the output end of the inverter is used for outputting alternating current to an alternating current network; the voltage measurement switch circuit is used for detecting direct current voltage of the contact network and connecting the input end of the inverter and the contact network when the detected direct current voltage is greater than or equal to the preset direct current voltage; and the inverter is used for converting direct current input by the contact network into alternating current after the input end of the inverter is communicated with the contact network. The invention further provides a corresponding system and method. The train braking energy is recovered into the alternating current network, so that waste of energy is avoided; and the stability of voltage of the contact network is maintained. Furthermore, the device disclosed by the invention can be installed in a station, so that the burden of a train is relieved; and the energy consumption of the train is reduced.
