The invention discloses a spring rail-clamping device. The device comprises a base, a pair of clamping pliers, a screw rod, a nut, a lantern ring, connection rods and a hydraulic motor, wherein the pair of clamping pliers are hinged to the base, the nut is arranged on the screw rod, the nut is sleeved with the lantern ring, the connection rods connect the lantern ring with the clamping pliers, a turbine meshed with the screw rod is fixed to an output shaft of the hydraulic motor, and the screw rod is sleeved with a return spring located between the base and the nut; the device further comprises an auxiliary locking device, and the auxiliary locking device comprises an installation plate, an upper toothed bar, a gear, a lower toothed bar, an air cylinder, an elastic compression part and an upper squeezing plate, wherein the upper toothed bar is arranged on the installation plate, the gear is meshed with the upper toothed bar, the lower toothed bar is meshed with the gear, one end of the lower toothed bar is connected with the air cylinder, the elastic compression part is arranged at the other end of the lower toothed bar, and the upper squeezing plate is arranged at the end of the upper toothed bar. The device is simple in structure and easy to manufacture, it can be guaranteed that under an unpredicted circumstance such as power failure, the rail clamping device is clamped on a rail firmly without being loosened, and the safety is good.
