The invention relates to a construction hoist in a bridge tower cavity, which comprises a dragging device, a suspension cage, a guide rail rack, a counterweight and a counterweight guide rail, wherein the guide rail rack is mounted on the side, near to a bridge deck, in the bridge tower cavity; the suspension cage is mounted on the guide rail rack via a gear rack; the dragging device is mounted at the top of the guide rail rack, and drags and drives the suspension cage via a steel wire rope; the counterweight guide rail is mounted on the inner wall, corresponding to the moving track of the suspension cage, of the tower cavity; the counterweight is mounted on the counterweight guide rail and is connected with the dragging device through the steel wire rope; and an escape door is arranged at the top of a driving cab of the suspension cage. Through the adoption of the structure, the use of the hoist can be satisfied very well without the arrangement of a machine room; since the guide rail rack is mounted on the side, near the bridge deck, in the bridge tower cavity to serve as a track for the suspension cage of the construction hoist to move up and down, the problem that guide rails of common construction hoists and elevators are difficult to mount in the inner cavities of main towers of large-size and over-size bridges is avoided; and through the arrangement of the escape door, a driver in the driving cab can escape smoothly.
