The invention discloses an ultra-deep mine cage pose measuring system and method based on a combined navigation technology. A strapdown inertial navigation system/proximity switch/rotary encoder combined navigation type pose measuring system is designed. The cage motion acceleration and the cage motion angular speed are measured through an inertial unit, the cage position and the pose information are resolved through a navigation system, the position and the speed of a cage are measured through the proximity switch and a rotary encoder, optimal evaluation of the speed and the position of the cage is obtained through information infusion, a strapdown navigation system is fed back and corrected, and accurate measurement on the position and the pose of the cage is achieved. According to the ultra-deep mine cage pose measuring system and method, the detection accuracy is not influenced by mine depth and elastic elongation, slippage, wriggling and winding radius changes of a hoisting rope and the like, the pose state of the cage can be effectively monitored in real time, inclined alarming and accurate positioning are provided, and the requirements of an ultra-deep mine for the pose detection system are met.
