The invention provides a simple contact net constant-tension wire barrow which is provided with a barrow frame. Barrow hook buffer devices, steering racks, a brake system and an electric system are arranged on the barrow frame. A constant-tension pay-off device is arranged on the upper end face of the barrow frame and comprises bobbin loader devices, tensioners and tension increasing disc devices. The four sets of bobbin loader devices are arranged at the I position ends of the barrow frame. The two sets of tensioners and the two sets of tension increasing disc devices are arranged at the II position ends of the barrow frame. The bobbin loader devices and the tensioners are arranged in sets. The constant-tension pay-off device drives the bobbin loader devices and the tensioners to generate pay-off tension through a hydraulic pump. The constant-tension pay-off device makes the pay-off tension constant through a tension control system. A tension detecting system is arranged on each tensioner. The tension detecting systems and the tension control system control and display pay-off tension parameters through a tension control panel. By means of the simple contact net constant-tension wire barrow, the pay-off tension is improved and is constant, the pay-off tension parameters are displayed in real time, and the simple contact net constant-tension wire barrow has the advantages of being minimized in wire outlet angle, high in pay-off quality and pay-off efficiency, low in manufacturing cost, good in cost performance and the like.
