The invention discloses an effective load module ground replacement test device. The device is composed of a test base, an installing angle plate, a locking assembly, a load module and a sliding rail assembly. The test base is used for supporting all the assemblies. The installing angle plate and the sliding rail assembly are fixed to the test base. The locking assembly is fixedly connected with the installing angle plate. The sliding rail assembly is used for providing support for the linear movement of the load module. The load module and the locking assembly are installed in a matched mode. According to the test device, a space weightless sliding state can be simulated approximately through the sliding rail assembly. Dovetail blocks are adopted to be matched with locking blocks and unlocking blocks so that the friction force at an electric socket when the load module is installed in or pulled out is overcome. The test device is simple in structure, and different load modules can be carried conveniently. By detecting whether data transmission occurs between the load module and the locking assembly, whether the load module is switched on normally can be proved. The test device is stable in work, and a test can be conducted repeatedly. The test device is suitable for a ground functional verification test of on-orbit replacement of modularized load of a simulated spacecraft.
