The invention relates to an air-conditioning system of a plane. A punching power generation unit is arranged on the abdomen of the plane or at the front end of a downward hung nacelle of a wing. A wind guiding column is axially connected to the front end of the punching power generation unit, and the head of the wind guiding column is conical. The punching power generation unit is connected with an air-conditioning control box. A compressor is connected with an evaporator sequentially through a condenser, a liquid storage device, a filter and a throttling expansion valve. The evaporator is backwards connected to the compressor through a gas-liquid separator and communicated with a flight deck through an electric heater and air supply of an evaporator fan. The air-conditioning control box is electrically connected with the compressor, the electric heater and the evaporator fan. A temperature sensor connected with the air-conditioning control box is arranged in the flight deck. The air-conditioning system of the plane is simple in structure, the load of the flight engine is reduced, the service life of the engine is prolonged, and operating cost of the plane is reduced.
