The invention relates to an underwater human body detector based on neural network identification. The underwater human body detector comprises an underwater robot body, feature extraction equipment and human body type identification equipment. The feature extraction equipment and the human body type identification equipment are both located on the underwater robot body and used for extracting features of an underwater human body and determining the type of the human body respectively, and giving related alarm information when the type of the human body is determined to be remains. According to the underwater human body detector, the underwater remains can be accurately determined, and an alarm is given in time.
