A beeper used for passenger cars and buses is composed of a beeper shell (1), a button (2), a trigger terminal (3) and a connecting seat (4). The button (2) is fixedly installed on the beeper shell (1). The trigger terminal (3) is fixedly installed on the beeper shell (1) and located below the button (2) and is in contact with the inner surface of the button (2). The connecting seat (4) is installed to the bottom of the beeper shell (1). The beeper is characterized in that two counter bores (5) are formed in the beeper shell (1); during truck loading, a screw (7) penetrates through each counter bore (5) and is fixed to a handrail pipe (8); a movable covering cap (6) is installed on each screw (7) in the corresponding counter bore (5) in a pressing mode so that the beautiful appearance of the beeper can be guaranteed. The beeper is simple in structure, convenient and fast to install, simple and elegant in appearance, novel and unique in molding and good in universality.
